Quadra Power Generation says not to offer 17 bln rbl bonds
MOSCOW, Mar 21 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Quadra Power Generation has rejected plans to offer exchange bonds totaling 17 billion rubles, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The company planned to offer 3 billion rubles of the exchange bonds of the first series, 4 billion rubles of the second series, 5 billion rubles of the third series, and 5 billion rubles of the fourth series.
“In 2012, the company conducted a listing of exchange bonds, but it did not place them. Due to the changes in tariffs of the bourse, the company believes that payments for continuous listing of non-placed bonds unreasonable,” a representative of Quadra Power Generation told PRIME.
